KickBack Program
1) All accounts must be registered and accounted by unique user email address. Users must be over age the age of 21.
2) Only 1 account per household. Offer valid on new accounts only.
3) Any violation of terms and agreement of Cheat at Poker.com voids promotion for the user and any further usage of the program by the user.and all funds in users account will be forfeited.
4) Any evidence of fraudulent use, deception, strange patterns, or abuse of the promotion will void the program
5) Cheat at Poker.com reserves the right to cancel the program at any time. If the program is canceled, all funds in the account less than 50 dollars will be forfeited.
6) Funds will be mailed in the form of a check to valid addresses in th U.S.A. only. The smallest amount a check can be sent out for is $25.00
7) Funds will be sent out the 15th of each month. Any funds remaining in your account will carry over to the next month for a maximum of 12 consecutive months, after which funds will be forfeited.
8) Funds will only be mailed out after accounts are verified. Verification may include: Name, Address, Email address, photocopy of drivers license, printout of casino transactions, casino account number verification, or any other information needed for verification deemed reasonable by management.
9) Cheat at Poker.com is not responsibe for kickback to the user if we are unable to verify transactions for any reason, including but not limited to: third party mistakes, user mistakes, third party non payment, link errors, computer glitches, evidence of fraud, user fails to submit requested material, or if we do not receive payment from third parties for alleged transactions. Management reserves the right to deny funds to the user for any reason.
10) The maximum cashback for any individual for this program will be limited to $100.00 per e-mail address and per household.
11) Individuals outside of the U.S.A will be eligible for the program if they have a mailing address in the USA. Cheat at Poker.com will consider using other payments as an alternative, but is not in any way obligated to do so.
12) Users are not eligible for program if the program or any part of this agreement is in violation of local laws, regulations, or guidelines. Consult local resources to determine eligibilty.

14) Eligible losses: personal funds deposited by user not incuding any bonuses, comps, introductory offers, or any other funds not deposited directly by the user. 15) Users are responsible for submitting eligible losses to Cheat at Poker.com within 2 weeks of occurrence, or will forfeit kickback.
16) User agrees to all terms and conditions of Cheat at Poker.com and the program.
17) User must sign up for Kickback program prior to playing at the casino to be eligible.
18) Only links with the qualifying Cheat at Poker.com kickback button will qualify user for the promotion. User must use link to direcltly connect to the third party and immediately download 3rd parties software to be eligible for the program. User must be a new account to the third party. All other links will not be honored for the program. If the link is not recognized by the 3rd party for any reason, then user will not be eligible for kickback.
19) All judgements of Cheat at Poker.com regarding verification of transactions are final.
20) Management reserves the right to reward promotions at its own discretion.
21) Local laws, regulations, and guidelines apply. Cheat at Poker.com will not dispers funds if illegal at players location.
22) Bonus $5 will be deposited in players account if user download 5 casinos in the kickback program within 24 hours of viewing the program.
