There are a number of promotions today, June 18th, to celebrate PokerRoom's billionth hand, which was projected to be at about 10 PM ET. (4 AM looks like it will be closer.)
The easiest promotion to enjoy may be the 50% bonus to the prize pools of 100 SNGs at each level from $5-$20, and to 50 $50+5 SNGs. This will happen just after the billionth hand. A good player may find the SNGs 3-6 times as profitable as normal in this period.

PokerRoom is offering a couple of new promotions this week.
First, they are running some freerolls this week (through June 27th) for those who have had an account for a while. These are probably worth a couple of bucks of equity, and the play will undoubtedly be soft.
Second, they are letting you make your own bonus by selling back player points. After you make a bonus, you have to clear it, but these bonuses clear more rapidly than the redeposit bonuses, at 4 or 5 points to the bonus dollar rather than 7. This promotion will run for 2 months, until August 22nd. I wish they did that before I earned a few hundred points during their billionth hand promotion.
